What is a standard page?
One standard page consists of 1,800.00 characters including spaces and serves as a basis for calculation of the number of translated pages. This means that the exact number of standard pages can be calculated only after I have translated the text. Therefore, my quotes always include only the price per one standard page.
How can I order a translation/interpreting?
It is best to call me 00421-910/366/201 or send me an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. On the basis of my free capacities and the required service we can agree on the term of delivery, price as well as other conditions of the translation/interpreting.
What is the price of your translations?
The price of my translations depends on the language combination, the term of delivery, number of standard pages of the translated text (not original or source text), type of translation („normal“or certified translation) and other requirements of the client. The price is subject to individual agreement with the client.
What is the price of interpreting?
The price of interpreting depends on the language combination, duration of the interpreting, type of interpreting (consecutive or simultaneous) and other requirements of the client. The price is subject to individual agreement with the client.
What is the price of proofreading?
The price for proofreading is usually calculated as 50% of the price for the translation of one standard page and is subject to individual agreement with the client.
Aký je rozdiel medzi konzekutívnym a simultánnym tlmočením?
During consecutive interpreting the interpreter takes special notes and interprets consecutively, i.e. after the speaker has finished his/her speech or a part thereof. During simultaneous interpreting the interpreter uses special technical equipment (interpreting booth) and interprets at the same time as the speaker is talking to the audience.
Do you do also express translations or translation within 24 hours?
Yes, however, this depends on my free capacity. The price for such translations is increased by an express fee.
